All students must pay an enrollment fee. This is separate from tuition and is not refundable.  The fee must be turned in with your application for enrollment for a place to be reserved for your child. If you register more than one child, please fill out a registration form for each child.

 Enrollment Applications for 2013 - 2014

Families Brand New to the Center for 2013 - 2014:

• Mother's Morning Out Application: For children who will be 18 to 24 months by August 31, 2013. A 2-day a week program for toddlers from 9am-1pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. Registration for 1st child is $170 and for a 2nd child will be $130.
  
• Infant/Toddler Application: For children between the ages of 6 months and 2 years of age. Children must be at least 6 months old on or before August 31, 2013 to qualify. We offer only a full-time Infant/Toddler Program from 7:00AM until 6:00PM for this age group.
• Daycare Application (Ages 2-4): For children who must be at least 2 on or before August 31, 2013, and need a Full Time Daycare program from 7:00AM - 6:00PM.
• Daycare Application (TK/K): For children who will be 5 on or before August 31, 2013 and need a full-time program from 7:00AM until 6:00PM.
• Preschool Application for Newly Enrolling Students (Ages 2-4): For children who will be at least 2 on or before August 31, 2013, who need a part–time Preschool program from 9:00AM until 1:00PM. 
• TK/K School Application:  For children who will be 5 by August 31, 2013, and want a TK/K program from 8:30AM until 1:30PM. 

Families of Currently Enrolled Students and/or Siblings

• Infant/Toddler Application: For children between the ages of 6 months and 2 years of age. Children must be at least 6 months old on or before August 31, 2013 to qualify. We offer only a full-time Infant/Toddler Program from 7:00AM until 6:00PM for this age group.
• Daycare Application (Ages 2-4):   For children who must be at least 2 on or before August 31, 2013, and need a Preschool-aged FULL TIME Daycare program from 7:00AM until 6:00PM.
• Daycare Application for TK/K: For children who will be 5 by August 31, 2013, and need a FULL TIME Daycare program which is from 7:00AM until 6:00PM.
• Preschool Application for Currently Enrolled Students and Sibilings (Ages 2-4): For children who will be at least 2 on or before August 31, 2013, who need a part–time Preschool program from 9:00AM until 1:00PM. 
• TK/K School Application:  For children who will be 5 by August 31, 2013, and want a TK/K program from 8:30AM until 1:30PM.

State law requires that medical forms must be turned in within 30 days of enrollment.
