Enrollment Timeline

• Family Re-Enrollment
  • January 2 – January 31, 2013  •  Re-enrollment  for 2013 - 2014 is open only to students who are currently in the CCDC program, and to those who have siblings enrolled in the program. Packets will be given to you by your child's teacher on their first day returning from Christmas break. This packet includes an application for re-enrollment and a Financial Handbook. Please keep this Financial Handbook to refer to during the school year. Current students will be guaranteed a spot for the new year, IF the application and the registration fees are turned in by January 31, 2013.
    
• Open Enrollment for new students
  • Monday, February 4, 2013 •  On this one day, complete the online "Application Review Registration" form. This assigns your application a number; in essence, it designates your place in a 'virtual' line. For more details about this process, click here.
  • Tuesday, February 5, 2013  •  To complete the enrollment process, bring your completed, signed application form and deposit check to the CCDC.
  • Enrollment is on a first–come, first–served basis, with limited classroom spots available. 
  • We keep a waiting list. The waiting list expires at the end of December and there is no charge to be on the waiting list. If you are still on the waiting list in December, you will need to reapply in February. 
  • Enrollment is a continuous ongoing process. We will continue to take applications throughout the year to keep all spots filled. We routinely lose children for various reasons such as families relocating for job transfers.
